In September 2018, Washington was promoted to Director of Domestic Franchising after leading the company’s Orlando office. “Lance has high standards and pursues his goals with ambition and passion. Immediately after taking office, he began improving service and professionalism within the division and his business acumen has helped our franchisees improve their results, ”said Wild. “Lance’s leadership has created a collegial and cooperative community among our franchisees.”

Prior to joining Truly Nolen, Washington spent 17 years at PepsiCo, where he managed several different sales offices in several Florida cities and eventually assumed the position of operations manager in Fort Myers. “What I’m most excited about in my new role is to be part of a great team that helps shape the direction of the company and has a voice that can influence decisions that help make things better for our partners,” said Washington. “What I like best about working for Truly Nolen are the people I work with and the relationships I have forged over the past 23 years.”

“Over the course of his career, Lance has mastered the process of establishing processes, creating win-win scenarios and developing the people around him,” said Scarlett Nolen, President. “I believe that his wealth of operational knowledge, his entrepreneurial perspective and his ability to challenge the status quo will undoubtedly improve our leadership team, and I look forward to welcoming him as our eleventh team member.”
