Volvo Construction Equipment is adding the P7110B and P7170B asphalt pavers to the company’s lifetime frame and structure warranty program and extending the paver’s extended warranty. The warranties are standard for machines that are delivered on or after January 1, 2019.

You can rest assured that they are buying machines that will last, with guarantees in place to help them get their jobs done and stay on schedule. ”
Volvo’s lifelong frame and structure guarantee covers the tractor frame for both the P7110B tracked paver and the P7170B wheeled paver finisher. The rail frame of the P7110B is also covered. The guarantee applies to the original machine owner and is not transferable.
Eligible P7110B and P7170B pavers now have a 3-year (36-month) 5,000 hour drive train warranty covering the engine and drive circuit including pumps, motors, valves and torque hubs. The wheeled P7170B also includes the bogie suspension cylinders. Contact your Volvo dealer for more information.
The asphalt pavers of the motorway class P7110B and P7170B have the proven 8-liter Tier 4 final engine Volvo D8J with continuous passive regeneration. They also have the longest hydraulic tunnels in the industry, a range of screed options, a material flow system with four sensors, and 360-degree visibility – all of which translate into higher quality and productivity with lower operating costs.

ActiveCare Direct was made available for these pavers earlier this year and expands the service that is already available for selected asphalt and soil compactor models.
