Viking Pest Control, an anticimex company based in Basking Ridge, New Jersey, has installed a new billboard on site featuring both the mascot and an oversized cockroach.
“Drivers really can’t miss this creepy cockroach when they pass our billboard,” said Eric Gunner, business development manager at Viking, in a press release. “Rest assured, if cockroaches or other pests annoy you, we offer the legendary strength of the Vikings to repel them. When they invade your home or business, Viking is the answer. “
Another facet of Viking’s marketing strategy is the Bug A Friend program, which rewards customers for referrals and gives referral customers discounts on initial orders.
