This is how the incident was described by the Sheriff’s Office:
Just before 7 p.m. Tuesday, the Tulare District Sheriff MPs were called to the Tulare District Courthouse in Visalia after a man broke the courthouse windows. When the MPs arrived, a cleaning team told them that a man had broken the windows of the courthouse with a hammer and damaged several circular cars parked in front of the building.
