THE SHERIFF’S OFFICE SAYS HE ABUSED A CHILD UNDER THE AGE OF 12 AND THAT DURING THE INVESTIGATION, TWO ADULT VICTIMS CAME FORWARD, SAYING TILLIS ALSO ABUSED THEM.
