Lords Roofing of Wingerworth says a small part of his workforce will be coming to someone’s home this Thursday and Friday (December 27-28) and doing minor repairs.

In return, they only ask for a small donation for charity. A post on Lords Roofing’s Facebook page said, “We believe that everyone, including businesses, has a responsibility to make the world a better place. Every day that goes by without helping another is a missed opportunity. With this in mind, I and two of my employees are offering small repairs free of charge on Thursday, December 27th and Friday, December 28th. I will pay for the material and labor. In return, I just ask that you make a small charitable donation that is sealed in an envelope. “The minor repairs could include a sliding slate that needs replacing, a gutter problem, or a broken tile.

Interested parties should notify Lords Roofing on Facebook or call 07544 016168.
