The concrete house in Argentina has a stunning pool

The front of this concrete beauty by Argentine architect Luciano Kruk isn’t humble, but the real drama takes place in the background. Kruk designed the house in Belén de Escobar, Argentina for a young couple looking for a family weekend getaway.

The front of the house is wrapped in concrete, which is wrapped with strips of glass that just give a glimpse of the house’s ultra-modern interior. On the ground floor there is a cave-like living and dining area with double ceiling height, unplastered raw concrete and a wide view of the golf course.

A full concrete kitchen is raised on one side of this main living space while a master bedroom is raised on the other side (with two smaller bedrooms below). And at the customer’s request, sliding glass doors open to a semi-covered terrace that is directly connected to a shimmering pool with three cantilevered sides, a floating mirror that reflects the sky.
