The Riverside Co. announced the acquisition of Colorado-based Done Service Group, a provider of residential plumbing, HVAC installation and repair, and excavation and sewer services in the greater Denver area.
The financial terms of the transaction, which is the second add-on for Austin, Texas-based Radiant Plumbing and Air Conditioning since acquiring that business in November 2020, were not disclosed.
Done provides a range of plumbing, heating, and cooling services in the Denver area, so the Tuck is built primarily on Radiant’s customer footprint. The company said it had completed more than 15,000 jobs in the past 12 months.
“Done is a perfect fit for the Radiant platform and we look forward to working with your team,” said Meranee Phing, Riverside’s senior partner, in a statement. “Done is a top tier brand providing essential maintenance-focused plumbing and HVAC services, and their high return rate and brand awareness reflect Done’s loyal customer base and commitment to service.”
Riverside’s other add-on deal for Radiant was made by Schmidt Mechanical Group Inc. this summer.
“We’re always looking for strong companies to work with, and we’ve been impressed with the level of service Done offers its customers,” said Harrison Petts, vice president of Riverside.
Riverside is a global private equity firm, jointly headquartered in Cleveland, that invests in growing businesses valued at up to $ 400 million in small and medium-sized businesses.
