Restoration companies continue their expansion in Colorado with the acquisition of Prime Time Roofing

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., November 21, 2019 / PRNewswire / – Restoration Builders, Inc. (“Restoration Builders” or “The Company”) today announced another asset purchase agreement, this time closing the acquisition of Prime Time Roofing, LLC (“Prime Time”), based in Parker, CO.

Restoration Builders was founded in 2017 with the intention of creating a network of licensed contractors and other industry-related companies strategically located in and within the United States. When fully set up, the Restoration Builders network will encompass a global infrastructure that includes teams, offices and equipment, trucks and other resources. The company hopes to capitalize on the insurance restoration industry valued at over $ 210 billion and estimates that its fast-growing network will exceed record levels $ 100 million in sales for 2019.

Founder of Prime Time Roofing Joe Massarotti likes to say that he has not found a roof. Roofing found him.
