Property Brothers Jonathan and Drew Scott receive emotional tribute for more than 400 home renovations from families

Property Brothers stars Drew Scott and Jonathan Scott had a sweet surprise Monday morning when NBC’s Hoda Kotb and Jenna Bush Hager invited the twins to their home renovation talk show to talk about their latest issue of Drew + Jonathan Reveal Magazine . Before meeting the two in the latest issue of their quarterly magazine, which detailed transformational travel and spring ideas, Canadians were honored with a surprising group of families from the past decade paying tribute to their eternal homes. The moment brought about some incredible emotions from both brothers as the families expressed their gratitude.

Before Kotb and Hager Bush surprised them both with their emotional gratitude, they asked how more than 400 renovations had felt for the twins since they started more than a decade ago. “So tired,” Jonathan teased while his brother Drew pretended to be asleep. “Even while we were just waiting for you guys, we remembered – there are so many stories and it’s an amazing thing to be able to help so many families. And we even did hundreds of renovations before we started the property Brothers and it’s just something special to know because many families in our shows couldn’t have done any of this without the show. “

Drew shares how revealing the completed homes was one of the most humbling aspects of their job for all of the families. “It’s something I will never tire of that makes the most of our day – it warms our hearts every time we reveal a home,” he said. At that point, Hager introduced a number of dozen families to Bush who thanked the brothers for their help in building their dream homes over the years.

The moment that Six Degrees of Separation were set out on how their help changed everyone included Zoom calls from Property Brothers homeowners who moved the twins to tears. While Jonathan joked that it was “dusty in here” during the show, Drew recounts how “very sweet” the moment was to see such a surprise and faces they hadn’t seen in so long.

Property Brothers, Drew and Jonathan Scott, who first appeared on the stage in January 2011 with their premiere series, have achieved immense success in recent years. With record-breaking viewers on HGTV, the twins have become strong lifestyle experts thanks to their heart and humility – with a lot to show! The Scott Living interior design line, design website, game app, two children’s books and quarterly magazine produce several television show franchises and series through their own production company. Another 400 episodes of the Property Brothers are yet to come!
