Power Home Remodeling (Power), a full-service exterior remodeling and cultural powerhouse, is opening a new office in Tempe, Arizona, the company’s 17th US location.
Power is headquartered in the Greater Philadelphia area and operates in 17 territories. The company continues to plan to expand its national footprint to serve homeowners and create jobs in more markets. At 35,665 square feet, the Arizona space is the second largest office investment for the exterior remover. Power’s energy-saving product range in this region starts with windows, roofs and attic insulation. More products, including solar panels, will be added later this year. The office is led by Christopher Lugo, Vice President, Customer Development. Matthew Weis, vice president of sales; and Jeffrey Gordun, vice president of installations. Power is currently hiring customer development and sales professionals in the region.
“Arizona is the perfect place for Power to keep growing and expanding into the western parts of the US,” said Adam Kaliner, co-founder of Power Home Remodeling. “Where we go next ultimately rests with our employees, who drive our expansion strategy forward. They are excited to move to this new city, build relationships with the community, and introduce you to the Phoenix Power homeowners. “
The property is also equipped with a solar carport structure that provides shade for the parking area and access to electric vehicle charging.
The company is currently hiring customer development and sales professionals and aims to create more than 100 jobs within the next 12 months.
