Northwest Exterminating acquires Target Pest Control

Atlanta, Georgia-based Northwest Exterminating, a Rollins company, has acquired Target Pest Control, based in Cullman, Alabama. Conditions were not disclosed.

Target was bought by Keith Chandler in 1998 and has offices in Cullman, Birmingham and Jasper, Ala., And provides commercial and residential services. Chandler will continue to act as a consultant to Target.

“While the decision to merge is never easy, the Northwest team is the perfect way to honor the Target family – our customers and our team – for years to come,” he said in a press release. “Growing the goal with my family has been a real blessing and I am excited to see the growth opportunities for the team and the additional support from our customers.”

Northwest Exterminating was founded in 1951 and is now in the third generation of the Phillips family leadership. Northwest has been a member of the Rollins Inc. brand family since 2017 and has grown to over 28 service centers across the Southeast. This growth is to be continued. With service centers in Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, and South Carolina, Northwest’s Jody Millard Pest Control, Barnes Exterminating, Piedmont Pest Control, Sawyer Exterminating, and now Target Pest Control divisions.
