Both Waynes and Kirkland have long histories in the markets we serve, with histories spanning over 40 years. We welcome the Kirkland team and their customers to the Waynes family. “

Allen Kirkland agreed, noting in the press release, “Our first interest in pursuing the sale was to find a buyer who understood our business and the story that led to it. This included the assurance that our employees will be allowed to continue their service in the company and that our customers will continue to receive the service they are used to. We are very confident that we have sought the buyer who understands and values our concerns and business, who believes that customer satisfaction is number 1 and how to do business properly.
