Albuquerque – Long-time BDC Door Office Manager Jenifer Ghion has purchased the company and is now the CEO.
She purchased the business from Steve Gruger, who has begun phasing out of his day-to-day role at the company.

Ghion has nearly 30 years’ experience in the construction industry. She has been the office manager of BDC Door for 14 years. Prior to joining the BDC Door team, Ghion spent 10 years in project management with Bradbury Stamm Construction, two years as a project manager/estimator with Starr Construction and three years as a project engineer at Gerald Martin Construction.
“I am thrilled to be the new CEO of BDC Door,” Ghion said. “I love the company and the team, and I look forward to growing both as we continue to serve New Mexicans with the best residential and commercial garage doors available.”
