estate agents Andrea Dobyns with EXP Realty Santa Fe will serve as President of SFAR. With a commitment to focus on member education, professionalism and technological growth during her tenure, Andrea plans to communicate openly with members and the community. Born and raised in Santa Fe, she went to the University of Arizona where she earned a degree in sociology with a minor in pre-law. Andrea moved back to Santa Fe to serve her community as a policewoman for 13 years and rose to lieutenant. With a background in law enforcement, she created a security and situational awareness course for real estate agents and travels New Mexico teaching these techniques. As a real estate agent for the past five years, Andrea worked with her father, Robbie Dobyns, and quickly became involved in the association by serving as chair of education and government affairs committees, as well as serving on community services, technology, and membership committees. Andrea was named Rookie of the Year by SFAR in 2017. She is a graduate of the growth and equity program offered by the New Mexico Association of REALTORS®, where she currently serves as a board director. Andrea encourages every SFAR member to volunteer for the association for an invaluable experience and learning opportunity.

After selling the restaurant, he moved to California, where he worked as a manager of a Rubio’s franchise, sales manager at a local car dealership and most recently as a broker at a leading real estate agency. Joshua was named Rookie of the Year by his agency and has over 20 years of industry experience.
