Halle Capital Management announces the establishment of the pest control company Rockit Pest in connection with the acquisition of Spencer Pest Services

NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE) – Halle Capital Management (“Halle”), a New York-based growth investment company, today announced the establishment of Rockit Pest, Inc. (“Rockit”), a newly established company focused on the acquisition and operations of regional businesses Pest control focuses firms.

Rockit Pest was founded by Halle to help pest control companies looking to either change ownership or to partner with a group of seasoned executives to accelerate growth and help build a world-class pest control company. In addition to acting as a capital partner, Rockit brings operational, business, financial, strategic, and other advisory skills to help its pest control partners successfully scale their business.

In connection with the establishment of the Company, Rockit acquired Spencer Pest Services (“Spencer”), a Greenville, South Carolina-based provider of general pest control, termite treatment and other related services to residential and commercial customers throughout the South Upstate region Carolina and Northwestern North Carolina. Laura Corbin, granddaughter of the founder and President of Spencer Pest Services, will continue to run the business in partnership with Rockit.
