Cabinet maker, dealer buys Bloomfield property for $ 2.1 million

A Bloomfield distribution facility was sold for $ 2.1 million, according to the deal broker.

The 60,500 square foot lot at 1335 Blue Hills Ave. was sold this month.

The buyer was Cheng Huang, owner of Tops Kitchen Cabinet & Granite. The property will be used to assemble and distribute kitchen cabinets, brokers said.

The seller was 1335 Blue Hills Ave Assoc LLC / Alvin & Co. Inc., a former tenant of the building.

The property, which sits on 4.86 acres and was built in 1968, includes a four bedroom residence, according to Hartford’s Sentry Commercial, which represented the seller on the deal.

Atlantic USA LLC represented the buyer.
