STEVE INSKEEP, HOST:

Good Morning. I am Steve Inskeep. If you’re drinking in a British pub in Cornwall, keep your distance. The Star Inn put yellow tape on the floor. They were supposed to keep arm’s length from the bar and the bartender, and then the owner added an electric fence. He told CNN it seems more effective than a rope or a chain. The warning signs on the electrical cables are particularly effective. It says the fence isn’t on but it still seems to work because you ever really know?
